A luxury hotel in Sri Lanka has created the most expensive dessert in the world.The Fortress Hotel's £7,190 Fortress Stilt Fisherman Indulgence features a chocolate sculpture of a fishermen and a huge gemstone.
The dessert features gold leaf Italian kasata flavoured with Irish cream and served with a mango and pomegranate compote and a bubbly-based sabayon.
But the finishing touch is the stone nestling on the handmade chocolate stilt fisherman.
