NEW YORK. The Italian businessman Raffaello Follieri was arrested by FBI and charged with fraud in an alleged real-estate investment scheme designed to fuel his very expensive lifestyle.
Mr. Follieri was charged with fraud,wire conspiracy and money laundering in a complaint unsealed on Thuesday in federal court in Manhattan.
