Diners can drink from ice glasses and eat off of ice plates, using ice silverware. All chairs and tables are made of ice. The employees mostly come from Russia and Romania, to ensure that they can withstand the cold temperatures. It took 40,000 tons of ice to build the decor of the 2,400-square-foot restaurant. Every item was designed, carved and cut at a studio freezer at Iceculture, Inc. in Canada and then shipped to Dubai.Others are located in Sweden, Australia, New Zealand, Italy, England, and the United States.
